A detailed breakdown of the process

Pre-Onboarding (week 0)

Initial Consultation


To ensure that we have all the necessary details, I will conduct a detailed consult to understand your business needs, priorities, and expectations. With client's needs being quite specific, this allows us to tailor our services to your exact requirements.


Assessment


Based on the above consultation, an evaluation will be conducted. We will assess the scope of the work and create a tailor-made plan that will outline: 


General tasks and timelines

Tools and platforms that will be used to assist you efficiently

Specialised services, e.g.  marketing or audio and video production


Once we have completed your assessment, we will move into the formal onboarding and match you with your EA from our internal team. We are not headhunters. We are talent!


Onboarding Lifecycle

Week 1-2

Onboarding Checklist Creation

Your EA Will finalise your personalised onboarding checklist and ensure all tasks are clearly defined. You grant them access to your calendar (and inbox when you are ready).

Week 2-4

Onboarding and Integration

We will then begin managing your daily tasks i.e. calendar, projects meetings, and fully integrate into your workflow.

Month 2-3

Full Execution

Your EA will manage your workflow fully. If your EA is unavailable due to illness or annual leave, we have additional EAs ready to step in and provide support. Our team works very closely together.

Hit the ground running!!!

If you are happy with the onboarding period, then we are happy to speed things up. We will align on a suitable contract (Example: 12-month contract) and secure the admin.


At 3 months, your EA would have adopted your style of working, your needs and your company values, so we see ourselves at this point, as a bit more than an outsourced contractor, we consider ourselves a part of the team!


You will have weekly 1:1's with your EA, preferably on a Monday morning. This time is used to talk through the week ahead and discuss tasks, priorities and strategies. We will also have monthly feedback sessions with you, to keep the relationship strong, optimize services and ensure that your EA is delivering as you would expect.
